Avoid this service department at all costs. I have been bringing my personal vehicles and my company’s work trucks here for decades, but they have officially lost all of our business. I brought my 2023 Corvette Z06 in for a recall, fluid changes, and a critical alignment. The steering wheel had been left crooked from a previous alignment here, which was explicitly noted on the intake paperwork. I told my advisor, Robert (Bobby) Sternberg, repeatedly that it needed to be fixed correctly.They kept my car from Saturday until Tuesday afternoon. I paid a massive $2,525.08 invoice (using a mix of my credit card and $291.24 in Chevrolet Reward Points) before they even let me see the car, only to sit inside and find the steering wheel was still completely crooked. I immediately brought it back, and the service manager promised it would be the first thing fixed Wednesday morning. Instead, they called at 10:30 AM claiming the car was "in the system," but I watched my OnStar GPS tracker show my car sitting entirely idle in the back lot all day long.I had to go in, demand my car back, and force a refund—which they claim will take days to process by check. Now I have to drive 35 minutes to a completely different Chevrolet dealership just to get a basic alignment fixed properly. Absolutely incompetent service and zero respect for a customer's time, money, or high-end vehicles.

I must say that I was treated like family at the door with the up most respect. They thank me for my service and was able find the problem of my vehicle. Which the other dealer couldn’t tell me.. Thanks, to Big Bobby at services thumps up to Boniface Hiers and Detailing service.

I went for an oil change and when they were done and I got the keys and went to my car there was oil marks on the hood door handle sides of my car. And oul splattered on the hood .

Excellent service!!! Christine was very very nice and extremely helpful. The loaner she gave me was superb. My car was completed on time and it was great that she arranged for my car to be washed and waxed before I picked it up . The service area was extremely clean and professional looking.
