If you’re in the market to buy a truck, stay away from this dealership. I’ve bought 2 trucks from here and had major problems with both. At one point I thought I bought an equinox because that was my loaner for the 2 months they had it. I’ve called the service manager and no response. So much for being a loyal customer.. you would think they would take care of you right? Not here.

Huge xxxxxxonce again to Matt Preston and the techs who support the CalTex Ceramic Coating / Appearance Protection Warranty at Boniface Hiers Chevrolet. I don’t know if I can quantify how valuable this package has been over the last few years. From the actual coating itself to the follow up warranty visits I’ve needed, every time I’ve run into an issue (love bugs, sea spray, irrigation water, bird droppings, you name it) these guys have been there every time to bring my truck back to looking new. The process couldn’t be easier, the turnaround time faster or my experience working with Matt any better. He takes my call or text, we schedule it in the coming days, I drop the keys off with him, he texts me later in the day that it’s ready and I pick up my truck looking far better than when I dropped it off. Thanks for making it simple and looking so good!

We purchased a new vehicle on 3/27/26 and as always you sit down to go over the finance portion of the deal, a new program was talked about for Dents and Ding Protection. Since, this time we were going to lease the vehicle we discussed the program with Matthew Preston and decided that it was a good deal for the price. Three weeks later we take a little trip and stay 2 nights in Orlando (with Valet parking) when returning home we saw a Ding/Dent in the vehicle, made one phone call to Matthew Preston, no problem bring it in, it will be taken care of. This is my second time getting a car from Boniface Hiers Chevrolet. It’s also my second time having Javier assisting me. I’m not the easiest person to deal with and he handled everything with ease. He continued to work with whoever he needed to, to get me a deal that totally worked for me. Brian Gregory was also a gem. I am extremely happy with all of them and I’m looking forward to my next car. We have had our 2 vehicles in for service on different occasions. 3 times things needed attention right away. When calling the service department we were connected to Christine. I have to say in all my years owning vehicles and dealing with other service departments I was overly impressed with Christine. She gave us appointments for either that day or the next morning. She would message with updates and estimated completion. This company should be very proud to have such a dedicated employee. Thank you Christine for such caring.
Christine is the Service Department was extremely helpful! She always greets me with a smile and makes it clear that she’s here to help. She even took extra time to see if I was eligible for any discounted work. I appreciate the dealership for honoring Veterans with a discount. 1 because 0 isn’t an option. Car buying was messy and there was very little communication. But WORSE was after the fact. They do not keep their word. They cause their own problems then make it YOUR problem to deal with. It’s been one month with my car but it’s felt like an eternity because I’ve been commuting back and forth to this dealership to deal with the problems they leave me with and won’t work with me to solve them. Want an example? They lost the second key to the vehicle. Your trade in value PLUMMETS when this happens if it was the other way around and they just expect me to not care and not do anything about it unless I entrust them with the current only key to the vehicle. Finance department told me I was lying to my face when it was literally about my bank’s hours which is publicly available online to all and easily fact checked. Shop elsewhere. Disappointed entirely.
